Answers
Can I enter the event at any time?
You must arrive before the entry time indicated on your ticket. If you arrive later, a late fee of 10 € applies. However, if you have a ticket type marked 'Entry Any Time', you can enter freely without paying the late fee.
Can I leave the event and come back later?
A “no re-entry” policy applies at the event. If you leave the event and wish to return, a new ticket must be purchased.
Will tickets be available at the door?
Yes, tickets may be available at the door, but this is subject to availability and tickets are more expensive. Please note that during sold-out events, tickets at the door are sold on a “1 out, 1 in” basis.
Is there a wardrobe service?
Yes, there is a wardrobe service available for a small fee. You can securely store your belongings and pick them up when you leave the event.
How can I pay at the event?
We only accept card payments at the event.
Is there a dress code?
To maintain the atmosphere and style of the event, we kindly ask you to consider the event’s theme and avoid sportswear (e.g., tracksuits, workout clothes).
Can I smoke on the party grounds?
Smoking is only allowed outside of the venue. Please be considerate of others and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
